Who we are
This website belongs to Madhu Konstruksi, a swimming pool contractor at Jl. Raya Gerih Blumbungan, Sibang Gede, Badung, Bali 80352, Indonesia. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by phone at +62 823-1324-9763.
What we collect
- Consultation details. The consultation form does not send anything to our servers. When you press send, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing what you entered: name, phone number, property type, service, pool size, location, design status, planned start and any notes. The message is only sent if you send it in WhatsApp.
- Messages and calls. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your number, your name as shown in the app and what you tell us.
- Usage data, only with consent. If you accept analytics, Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous page views such as the page visited, the referring site, the country and the device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a written estimate and carry out work you have agreed to. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process personal data in line with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP, the Personal Data Protection Law). Enquiry details are processed to respond to your request and to prepare or perform a contract with you. Analytics runs only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else is involved
- WhatsApp, operated by Meta, carries messages you choose to send. Its own privacy policy applies inside the app.
- Vercel hosts this website and, with your consent, provides the analytics described above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry conversations for as long as needed to answer them and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and any period required by law. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form only.
Your rights
