  1. Step 1: Site survey

We visit the location to measure the area and look at access, soil, drainage and existing structures.

The survey is where the brief becomes concrete. We note the space available, the levels, where water and power come from and how materials can reach the site.

  2. Step 2: Design to the site

The pool shape, size, depth and finishes are planned around your land and how you want to use the pool.

If you already have a design from an architect, we work from it. If not, we propose a layout that fits the site and talk it through with you.

  3. Step 3: Written cost estimate

You receive a written estimate that sets out the scope of work before anything is agreed.

Cost and schedule are set at this stage, based on the survey and the agreed design. Work starts only once you have agreed to the written estimate.

  4. Step 4: Construction

Excavation, structure, plumbing, finishes and equipment, carried out neatly and kept to the agreed scope.

Work follows the agreed design and estimate. If something needs to change along the way, it is discussed and agreed with you before it is done.

  5. Step 5: Handover

The finished pool is checked together with you and handed over, ready for use.

Handover is the moment to go through the finished work and ask questions about day-to-day care. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged separately if you want it.

FAQs

Process questions

About consultations, timing, designs and where we work.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. You can describe your plans on WhatsApp or through the consultation form at no cost, and we will arrange the next step with you.

When are the cost and schedule decided?

Both are set after the site survey, in a written estimate. Work starts once you have agreed to that estimate.

What affects how long a pool project takes?

Size, depth, site access, soil conditions, the chosen finishes and the weather all play a part. The schedule for your project is included in the written estimate.

Can I use my own architect's design?

Yes. Share the drawings with us and we will review them on site and plan the work from them.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Sibang Gede, Badung, and our recent projects include Seseh and Sanur. Send us your location and we will confirm whether we can survey it.
