Before a design is final, we look at the type and size of pool, the finishes, the equipment and the conditions on site. This is also when the written estimate is prepared.

    Plunge, lap or family pool, with the length, width and depth that suit the land and how you plan to use it.

  • Finishes and materials

    Tile, natural stone and coping choices for the pool shell and the area around it, and what each means for upkeep.

  • Filtration and equipment

    Pump, filter and skimmer or overflow setup, and where the equipment can sit on your site.

  • Site access and conditions

    Access for materials, soil, drainage and slope are checked during the site survey before the design is final.

Which types of pool do you build?

We build pools for homes, villas and hotels, including plunge pools and longer lap-style pools. The shape and size are worked out during the site survey and design stage.

Can you renovate an existing pool without rebuilding it?

Often, yes. We first check the condition of the shell, surfaces and equipment, then explain which parts can be repaired or renewed and which would need more work.

What does a maintenance visit include?

Maintenance is agreed per pool after we have seen it. It usually covers cleaning, water checks and a look at the pump and filter.

Which finishes and materials can I choose from?

Tile, natural stone and different coping options are discussed during design, together with what each choice means for cleaning and upkeep.

Do you work on hotel pools as well as private pools?

Yes. Hotel and guest house work is planned with the operator so that access, safety and guest use are considered from the start.
